Thomas Imholte Nominated For Region 2 Board of Governors

The Central PA Section Officers and Board of Directors would like to congratulate Thomas Imholte, PE, M.ASCE, for being nominated to serve on the Region 2 Board of Governors beginning in the fall of 2012. Mr. Imholte, a Central PA Section past-president, currently serves as chair of the Geotechnical group.
ASCE Region 2 includes the four Pennsylvania Sections (Central PA, Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh) as well as the Delaware, Maryland and National Capital Sections. The Board of Governors meets periodically throughout the year, including an annual Board of Governors Assembly, to discuss strategies as to how they can continue and further help the Member and Student Chapters and Branches throughout the Region. Governors are tasked with keeping up to date on the latest ASCE National activities as well as reporting on their particular activities and assignments.
